Nice stay!

Cabin was clean and smelt like fall. Very quiet and peaceful. Hot tub was wonderful to enjoy in nature. Will definitely be back.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hansel and Gretel. The cabin is super cute with a nice front porch complete with a rocking chair and love seat, and also 2 balconies. The cabin was clean, and the reservations and confirmation were easy. We enjoyed a campfire, and the view with the fall leaves was so pretty. The hot tub was the perfect size for two people after a day of hiking at Hemlock Cliffs and Yellow Birch Ravine. We also had fun exploring the property; walking the grounds to the pond and playing horseshoes and cornhole.
We loved our little Fall vacation and look forward to going back to White Oaks Cabins in the future!
We had a great time at the cabin. It was secluded and we barely saw another person, but lots of deer. The cabin had a notebbok with past guest, which was a nice touch. The bugs were not bad, but the hot August sun was present, bring sunscreen.
The cabin did have a chair with a bad leg, which my partner found without injury. The hot did stop turning on, but after watching a short YouTube video, it was easy to reset, and worked for the rest of the trip.

I had stayed at White Oaks around 20 years ago when Bob ran it, and I was absolutely delighted to find that the place had retained all of the charm and wonder that used to have. We absolutely loved our stay, the cabin was simply delightful and perfect for the 2 of us. Looking forward to booking again, and not waiting nearly as long.
