Good Not Great
3/5 Overall house is clean and cute. Odd layout but rooms are fine and bathrooms/kitchen clean. Good amount of space. The rough: listing says covered parking area and it is not. Coffee maker but not a single mug in the house (had to drink hot coffee out of a glass). Wifi password not listed and then supposed to be in welcome book - no welcome book. No response when messaged via app to get password. Rental on the other side of the duplex wall (another rental by same group) partied until 3am with no repercussions. House is fine but enough little things added up to a frustrating stay,

The WiFi password should have been readily available, and the management team should have responded more promptly, we’ll work to ensure better communication moving forward.
- There are typically at least six coffee mugs in the kitchen, and the we will check to ensure they are fully stocked for future guests.
- While noise issues from neighboring units are rare, we understand how frustrating that must have been and will reinforce quiet hours with guests.

Horrible neighborhood, car broken into
1/5 The house itself is fine. Very clean, definitely painted and refreshed. Pics make it look bigger than it is. Worst part about this house is the neighborhood. It's dirty and not safe. My sister parked in the ONE dedicated spot to the house, located in an alley, and her car got broken into, several personal items stolen, and Evolve property management basically said "file a police report in Indy" maybe they will help. No discount or refund at all. Horrible customer service, and I would never stay in this area again and would not recommend to people traveling to this area.
