  I felt uncomfortable. The host walked into the backyard.where we were sitting around hanging out and more or less felt like we were being watched.

It sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding, so we followed up with the homeowner to better understand the situation, and they wanted to share the following:
  - Ahead of your trip, there were several friendly phone conversations to go over questions about the stay, and the homeowner was glad to help.
  - During those calls, you mentioned you’d love the chance to meet in person if the opportunity came up.
  - While nearby, the homeowner briefly stopped by to say hello and take care of the trash in response to your request to meet. The hope was to offer a warm, in-person welcome.
  We appreciate your review and the opportunity to address your concerns with this added context, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

• Overall a nice experience

  The house was very nice, we enjoyed it. A little bit out there, but some surprisingly good restaurants in town just 10 minutes away (have to go melodys and sunbury crab co).A nice playground and city pool in town as well for those with kids.A quick pop up to savannah or down to jekyll island were great day trips and convenient from the location. However, fisherman be warned the tide impacts the viability of fishing on this creek dramatically. At low tide, the water is so low you can't fish at all.The fishing was pretty poor most of my trip, fished nearly every day of the week using every bait under the sun and only caught two eels.Excellent place to crab if you're into crabbing though.Would recommend for those looking for a relaxing getaway, but if the goal of your trip is fishing be warned there aren't many fish out there.

• Perfect for Our Family of 6!!! Ages 11-43!!!!

  There was never a dull moment for us! We started at 7 am on the doc fishing, crabbing and kayaking! Spent the hot days inside enjoying games and all of the neat knick knacks, collectables and books! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!
