• Not what it seemed in pictures!!

  My family and I had a four-day stay at this property. There were seven of us in total. We arrived at the check-in time of 4 pm, but unfortunately, we encountered some difficulties in locating the lockbox key. Despite our repeated attempts to contact the host, we were unable to reach them. However, we noticed that there was a cleaning person still present inside the property, and the house had an unusual odor. Additionally, the house appeared to be in need of some updates.

  During our stay, my husband and I attempted to take a nap after our travels, but we were disturbed by the presence of gnats in the room, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Furthermore, when we tried to prepare breakfast in the morning, we discovered that there was an insufficient number of pots and pans available for our use.

  Overall, our stay at this property was not as enjoyable as we had hoped.

  -To clarify, I was present at the property when you arrived to ensure everything was in order following the cleaners' visit. I personally welcomed you at the door, which may have caused confusion regarding the lockbox. I also provided my phone number to your husband, Edwin, and was available to assist you during your stay, as evidenced by the text messages exchanged.
  -Regarding the unusual odor you mentioned, it was likely due to the air freshener used by the cleaners. We understand that scent preferences vary, and I will inform the cleaning team to avoid using it in the future.
  -As for the gnats, we apologize for the inconvenience. During the summer months, insects can be more prevalent, especially if doors are left open for extended periods. For this reason, a bug zapper is provided in the house.
  -In terms of kitchenware, the property is equipped with multiple pots, a skillet, large plastic bowls, and enough dinnerware to accommodate all guests. However, I apologize if this did not meet your specific needs, and I would have been more than happy to provide additional items if you had reached out.

  Home right off sugarloaf parkway, close to gwinnett fairgrounds. Easy to find easy to check in and check out.Great customer service. Will definitely book again when in Lawrenceville.

• Nice Space But Needs Maintenance

  The house has the space we needed and we liked having three bedrooms with king beds. We also appreciated being able to bring two dogs as most places only allow one. The rental representative was responsive and allowed us to get in the place a little early. We could not get cold water in the upstairs hall shower so had to use the primary shower for all and the half bath toilet leaks when flushed. Addressing those issues would make a more comfortable stay.

• April 2024 stay

  We arrived at night for our stay after several hours of travel. It was difficult to open the lockbox to access the door key. That put a damper right at the start of our stay. Suggest a lock with a key pad would have been easier accessible.

  Over all the place was clean but there are loose tiles in the kitchen that we kept tripping on. Definitely a safety hazard.

  The master bathroom towel rack is loose couldn't hang the towel on it. This was mentioned in a previous review in 2023 but not repaired.

  The 2nd bathroom had no cold water so we all had to use the master shower. No wash rags were provided.

  Several areas needs minor repairs.

  The place had the feeling of neglect.

  Though the beds were comfortable & the linen clean,

  I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to others.

  This house was clean. Everything was as in pictures. Close proximity to LOT of stores, restaurants, activities.
