2/5 We did not have access to the lake. The condo had 36 stairs and all the adults we were ages 65,77, and 86. The pictures of the condo only showed a few stairs, but when we arrived we were in shock. Had a very difficult time getting our luggage up the stairs. Thus place is not for seniors. We should have been informed of the two flights of stairs and the staff should certainly tell clients that it is for the younger people. The condo had spider webs, but the beds were comfortable. It was a convenient location. But would never stay there again with the amount of narrow stairs, and as you got to the top there was no handle to help you up. I am trying to be honest and help any other seniors that are not able to climb so many stairs.

- Lake access, including the dock, boat slip, and community fireplace, was open during your stay, so we’re not sure why it appeared unavailable. We’ll double-check that the directions and access details are clearly communicated to future guests.
- We’ll be updating the listing to clarify that the main living area and first bedroom are located on the second floor, with two additional bedrooms on the third floor.
- While the photos do show the exterior and stair layout, we understand how this could be surprising for guests unfamiliar with townhome designs.
- We’ve also asked our cleaning team to take extra care in checking for spider webs before each stay.

5/5 Beautiful well kept home. My family loved it. Lots of stairs. It was completely fine for us but not for an elderly person. We came in for a wedding so it was perfect easy access to event. Would definitely stay there again.
