Came for a weekend getaway the week of my birthday. This place was so cozy and cute. The property manager was super pleasant and helpful with any and all questions. Definitely would stay here again!

From the owner: "Breanna, thank you so much for such a wonderful review. We loved having you stay at our adorable little cabin. Come back anytime we promise to keep it cozy and cute for you. Much happiness to you in 2025."
We rent a cabin in different places several times a year. We chose this one for our anniversary weekend and found it to be a small cozy cabin for 2 people. It’s easy to find and offers great amenities for a relaxing weekend getaway.
Communication with the owner was excellent as I had a couple of questions about the heat/ac unit. The hot tub was by far the best thing about this cabin !! It was great sitting in the hot tub with coffee or a glass of wine.
There are only a couple of small cons that you should be aware of. You have to go out the front door, down the stairs to get to the hot tub on the deck below. The owner definitely needs to add privacy shades to the area in front of the hot tub because you can be seen from the road.
And for this to be on a dirt road in the mountains, it’s the busiest dirt road I have ever seen ! There is constant traffic throughout the day, which again is a problem if you are sitting in the hot tub. I am assuming because there are many other properties along the road.
If you drive anything larger than a midsize truck you might have problems getting out of the driveway as it’s very small to turnaround and difficult to get backed down and turnaround. I was able to do a 5 point turnaround in the driveway in my midsize truck.
Nevertheless, we had an excellent time and I would consider renting again if privacy shades were added to the hot tub area.

From the owner: "Christopher, we are so happy you chose our cabin for the anniversary weekend. So very happy to read how much you enjoyed your stay. As for the hot tub location, we are sorry for the confusion on location but we had hoped the pics showed that it was under the deck in a wonderful tree lined setting about 30ft above the road...not sure who might could see you at that angle. Keep your clothes on - HA"
Overall this cabin was perfect to get away. The area is nice, and it was more enjoyable than a hotel. One thing people should be aware of that is not clear in the listing is that you have to take a single lane gravel road for about 10 minutes to get to the cabin. Very steep driveway and several blind curves. Although the cabin itself is great, the road access and very steep and narrow roads and driveway were a bit of a pain

From the owner: "Frank - thank you for your review and for your very kind words about how perfect our cabin was for your weekend getaway. We love the support !! As for the gravel road and being in a mountainous area, that is out of our control, however, it is all worth it upon your arrival. Have a wonderful holiday season."
The cabin was perfect for two people. It was easy to find and just far enough off the highway to feel remote but not too far. We enjoyed doing some hiking in the area.
