5/5 What an amazing stay!! We were greeted with a sweet welcome note and goodies, a family of deer that thought they were puppies, and the sound of the river. We enjoyed the city of Elijay, and surrounding cities, went on an amazing train ride, and ate loooottttssss of apples! Thank you for the enjoyment of your beautiful home!

4/5 Wonderful place to visit. The biggest issue I have is not in the home. It was wonderful.The issue was with the VRBO additional service charges. I will never use them again due to that fact.I have been concerned about the Vrbo rates for a few years but this one was a backbreaker. I will use you again.

GREAT Waterfront vacation home and Resort
5/5 The home and the community were great. This was our second year booking at Happy Jacks. The hosts are kind, helpful and make staying at the property a breeze. We drive from Florida— the facilities are well worth the drive. Everything was like it was presented in the advertisement, maybe even better. All of the furnishings were high class with a rustic flare. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked so we could prepare nice meals for our group. The resort facilities were plentiful. Thank you for a second great stay at Happy Jacks
