  "We were surprised to see a 1-star rating, especially since no comments were provided to explain your experience. While you did not stay for the full duration of your reservation, we noted that all the lights were left on, the thermostats were set to inefficient levels, and a spare key was missing, which required us to change the locks to ensure the safety of future guests. You also initiated a chargeback despite the property being occupied, and we’ve provided video evidence to refute the claims made. In addition, we were concerned by the unsubstantiated negative statements about the condition of the home, which appeared to be an attempt to discredit the property and reverse the charges.
  
  We want to clarify that we remotely unlocked the door for you multiple times, but it was immediately relocked each time. We also directed you to a hidden key, which you stated did not work. Interestingly, when a neighbor walked over to assist, you were suddenly able to open the door as he approached. During a phone conversation, you also shared that your other eight guests would no longer be joining, and that your son had rented a different home in the area.
  
  We always strive to offer a respectful and enjoyable experience to all our guests and take any claims seriously, especially when they affect future stays and the integrity of the hosting process."

  Our stay at the House of Delonica was exceptional! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully prepared for guests. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved spending time on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful view each morning and evening. A truly great place to stay—highly recommend!

• Sisters Trip

  9 of us stayed for our annual sisters trip. The house was perfect for our stay. We could sit on that back porch all day! I would 10/10 recommend staying here.
