Comfortable house with Charm. Spacious. Enough beds to accommodate our family. Loved the large dining table; perfect for a family breakfast feast each morning. Bathroom soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap was provided; extremely helpful. Plenty of clean towels and wash cloths. Kitchen was easy to navigate with enough pots, pans, and utensils to cook. Loved taking a daily walk with our dog; the neighborhood is beautiful. Front porch swing and chairs made for a great hangout. Great communication with our contact, Amber. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting our wonderful weekend with our soldier.

We’re very glad that you enjoyed the stay, and that everything was in order. One of the reasons we have the home is to provide a Fort Benning-accessible home with enough beds for the whole family to be there for basic training, OCS, BOLC, Airborne, and Ranger graduations! We hope that you’ll have occasion to stay with us again.

Pictures looked a lot better than the actual property appearance. For the excessive cleaning fee it should have been kept up better. I should have researched the area better. Prices were much more reasonable in other areas. Now when we come back in December I will look at other places.

Very quaint house in an upscale neighborhood. We did have a couple mishaps, we had a bat one day that we managed to get out and around 6am on our last day we had an unexpected visit from the cops notifying us of some car breakins in the neighborhood. Thankfully we escaped unscathed from that, but they did get one of the neighbors vehicles. Overall, it was a good stay, but, a little unnerving.

  • Great location..

    5/5

My family & I rented this unit for several days, as grandson graduated Ft Bennington. There are 3-4 steps to get into the home. If you are in a wheelchair, you have to go thru the kitchen to get to bedrooms. My daughter likes to walk, and the neighborhood is beautiful. Could have definitely been cleaner! Was still coffee in the coffee pot from last person, etc. The yard was a mess, and the backyard was completely out of control, and over grown, but the young man who just started taking care of it came, and got the backyard useable for us. We Loved the big dining table, our whole family was able to sit, and be comfortable, eat, play a game, and visit. But our favorite place was on the front porch.. There is a small fire pit, chairs, and the weather was great. If I come back to Columbus, I will probably look for a house that is more wheelchair accessible, but other than that, we would definitely stay in this home again. Thanks for a great stay and a comfortable place our grandson could rest on leave.

  • Great Stay Place

Nice, clean, property in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the close proximity of uptown and a community park. Easy access to I185 and shopping.
