The Gatehouse was perfect for my visit (it has air-conditioning!)
5/5 I was in the area for a family gathering in The Orchard Golf & County Club community. The Gatehouse is located about 1 mile from The Orchard's entrance gate so the location was perfect.
When I booked the rental back in early March of 2026, the listing indicated that the rental did not have A/C. I debated for a while before booking but due to the location I decided to go ahead. Turns out that the listing was incorrect. The rental was airconditioned. This rental HAS fully modern A/C and and heating.
The rental was very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you need for your visit. Based on the guest book, the Gatehouse has been a rental for 3 years. It looks like it was built within the last year.
Highly recommend this rental and will likely stay here again in for future family gatherings.

Perfect Cottage-Wheelchair recovery
5/5 I had to have lower leg surgery, which required full wheelchair use for 5 days. I was unable to do this at our home up in the mountains. This thoughtful cottage was perfect for us and felt like home! Keith was an amazing and kind host providing anything we needed. Enjoyed being able to sit on the porch and the view of the farm was beautiful and relaxing. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you!
