  Can't beat the location. Originally we wanted to stay in Blue Ridge because the purpose of our trip was to ride the Blue Ridge Train. At first this location seemed a bit far but it's really not - just a short 15 minute drive to Blue Ridge. A huge bonus was the Toccoa River and Blue Ridge Train tracks adjoin the property. Very cool. We saw the train sail by the day before we even did the ride. So all in all a very nice time. Quiet, safe, and private. Perfect for our short family time!

There is a small tourist/sight-seeing train that takes people on a tour of the backwoods around Blue Ridge, and on the days it runs, you can see it pass by the house. When my family is up using the place, we get a kick out of seeing it, too. I'm glad you enjoyed the house and we really hope to see you again in the future!"

• Phenomenal getaway!

  This cabin was the perfect spring break getaway for our group of two families with small children! More than enough space for 4 adults, 4 children and a large dog. Peaceful, lovely and the road is good enough for

  For those traveling with babies/toddlers: Lots of balconies/railing, but the railings are high/substantial enough that it is not treacherous at all. River is a very short walk from the house and is a TON of fun for the littles, they were begging to go play even in 30 degree weather. The closets are all massive. We expected to need to use a slumber pod for our baby - but his pack n' play fit in the closet with tons of room to spare. Was a great little cave for him!

  Overall amazing stay, would highly recommend! Would be excellent for any large group!

  Our group of 10 had a wonderful time at this lovely home! Layout was good, views were amazing, and both owner and Evolve were super easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is directly on the Toccoa River and you can see it very well from both the upstairs and main-level outdoor decks. We designed the house to make sure it could accomodate large families or groups, with each of the five bedrooms having its own bathroom so no one has to share.   The home was perfect for our group of friends. Everyone enjoyed having their own private suites, the kitchen was fully stocked and the covered porch was amazing. We loved listening to the river while enjoying a fire on the covered porch. We were there for 4 days and only saw the sweet little train go by once. It only lasted a few minutes so don't let that keep you from renting this awesome home.

  Such a quiet peaceful community with all paved roads but very convenient to the main highway.

  The owner was great! He followed up to make sure we had everything that we needed and was extremely accommodating upon check out. Evolve offers much better rates than some of the other rental sites and was a pleasure to work with.
