5/5 3/5 The location was great for the activities we were doing. I would go back to the area because we found it a really nice area. The communication with Evolve (host company) was horrible. The house was fine, pictures always make it look nicer than it is. Inside felt clean but outside was disappointing. Furniture on the outside is old and in poor condition. Again, that is expected from my experience. However, the most frustrating part is spending 45 minutes going around the outside to get rid of some of the spider webs. Realizing the area, there was no expectations of having a web free exterior, but you can tell that part of the cleaning is up to the short term renters. I would rent the house again but only if it wasn’t managed by Evolve.

5/5 House was great. Outdoor areas were the highlight. Outdoor areas need to be spruced up a bit, but still enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed ourselves
4/5 Very comfortable house with a nice deck and scenic view of the lake. Steep stairs down to a nice dock. Enjoyed the great hot tub and dining al fresco. Accomodating and convenient location for our golf outing at Old Union and Butternut Creek, grilling steaks and streaming college football. The guest contact service was very responsive to questions and resolving minor issues.
