Mostly fine
4/5 The unit was generally as listed, decent, but in need of maintenance. There wasn’t anything we needed the host to remedy for our stay but a definite need for attention to details (e.g., the closet carpet was heavily stained, water stains on the living room ceiling, rust stains on the bathroom wall, bed room ceiling light flickered on and off, wonky bedroom blinds). It is also listed as a two bedroom, but it does not truly have two bedrooms. It has one bedroom and an office that has been converted to a bedroom with French doors. There are two separate beds and two separate sleeping areas but not two separate bedrooms. The rental was fairly clean and a fairly decent location, but I would not rent it again on a subsequent visit.

Just as described
5/5 This place was just as described. Quite cute, lots of families walking at night, super soft beds, we will absolutely stay here again on our next trip. Our little midtown home away from home.

Great location
5/5 My wife and I and our dog visited our daughter in west midtown Atlanta. This house was absolutely perfect for us. All the amenities we needed, we cooked in a couple of nights and everything we needed was there. Plus a lovely patio to sit on when it's sunny and a backyard for the dog. Perfect!
