CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The key is located inside a lockbox located on the wall on the side of the house next to the sliding door. The code is 0801
- The key opens the front and side doors 
- The community amenities pass and garage clicker can be found in the unit upon arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Trash days are Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Please place your trash in a white bag and at the curb for pickup 
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please turn off the A/C
- Leave the community amenities pass in the unit
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Return key to the lockbox
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN OR AROUND THE PROPERTY
- Pet-friendly (2 pets max)
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- To access the community amenities, guests must get either a Resident ID or guest passes. To obtain temporary Resident IDs (which grant access to all community amenities, as well as the ability to make tee times, complimentary golf at the executive courses, and use sports pools), a fee of $50 for 2 IDs must be paid on-site at the Villages. Only 2 Resident IDs are allowed and guests will need to reach out to the Guest Contact 3 days prior to arrival with full names, phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses of the guests using them
- Once a Resident ID is obtained, you can request guest passes for all other guests in the group.  Full names, birthdays, and home addresses must be given 3 days prior to arrival to get a guest pass. These passes can be picked up at the Lake Sumter Sales and Information office on the day of your arrival

- 1 additional vehicle can be parked in the driveway
