wouldn't recommend to anyone it is misrepresented in the pictures and write-up
3/5 our experience was not as good as we have gotten in the past from an evolve rental. we arrived late afternoon and by next morning had a list of things that needed attention at this house. We contacted the host whose name was on the laminated card in the house and got no help from them. The first response from them was they would get an appointment with a handyman (which they never did) and after 6 days the next response was that the owner might be coming into town in a few days and that was the last we heard from them. the kitchen sink dribbled water ( no solid stream), the chain was ready to fall off or catch and break on the garage door opener, there were multiple lights that didn't work (either the switch or light bulb not working, the barbeque grill had about 1/2 inch of rust all over it (unusable), the corn hole set was rotted and falling apart and the smoke detectors in the ceiling we couldn"t reach ( too high) weren't lit like they were working and we couldn"t reach the button to push to test them. This house needs maintenance and wasn't worth what we paid to stay there.

Pleasant house with a few issues
4/5 The house was mostly good but had a few little issues. Good size house with comfortable living room. Some of the issues were low water pressure, several light bulbs were out in bathrooms and laundry room. Only a few spoons in the kitchen. The cornhole set was in disrepair. Water leaking from the fridge when freezer door was opened.
5/5 5/5 Great location and close to the airport. I was very impressed with how clean the house was and on a quiet street. There was room for all of us and the decor was very nice. I would recommend this home to everyone.
