  I had booked this for our daughter's rush. However when we went to amend the dates we were told to go through Hopper the company they use for their payments. Hopper said they had no reservation to amend, so after a back and forth we decided to keep the entire reservation as originally scheduled. When my husband got there the furniture was older and had some stains and cigarette burns, the neighbor's dogs barked 24/7 ( not the properties fault) and the house across the street was hit by lightning and is in a dilapidated state; it appeared to be not the best neighborhood to stay in. My husband left 3 days early and I am waiting to see what happens with my payment since Hopper says they have no record for this rental on file.

  Stayed here while attending my daughter’s graduation. Centrally located and within minutes of all planned destinations. Home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The owner included some snacks for us, which was such a nice touch. We unfortunately could not enjoy the back patio as the neighbor’s dog barked loudly the minute we opened the slider, and wouldn’t stop until we closed it. The TVs in each room were a great touch, but we didn’t have access to any local channels, so we went without sports and news for the weekend. Only one small suggestion: replace the bath towels- some of them seemed to be a little bit worn. Overall a good stay! Thank you!

• Home away from home

  Truly enjoyed my stay. It felt like my home away from home. The host was very thorough in ensuring our stay was comfortable. The property and area was quiet and very peaceful, and conveniently located approximately 5-8 mins from both universities. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home. Looking forward to our return!
