Since your visit, I’ve switched to a new professional cleaning company to ensure an even higher standard of care throughout the home. It also came to my attention that while we do allow pets, they’re not permitted in the pool, & the lanai had not been properly vacuumed or swept to ensure all pet hair was removed. That issue has since been fully resolved. I take all feedback seriously & always aim to provide a clean, comfortable, & welcoming experience for every guest.   House needs some TLC and cleaning. Pool was nice one of the roads was hard to get across needs a four way or lights

Regarding the road, I understand it can feel busy at certain times, but there are actually multiple ways to reach the home, several of which do have lights for easier crossings. I truly appreciate your comments, as they help me continue to improve the guest experience."

  The property was just ok.. the lawn needed mowed it made it look like the house had been foreclosed on. The inside was clean. The beds weren’t that comfortable. We couldn’t swim in the pool until the next day. When we got there the pool was dirty,skimmer wasn’t working. We called and our contact came mid day the next day and put some chlorine in it so we couldn’t swim until later that day. Skimmer didn’t work the whole time we were there so it just got dirty again. There were four plastic like pipes that came up out of the floor near the entrance of the pool. One of them was broke and very sharp. My husband stepped on it and wasn’t very happy. I usually don’t write negative reviews however I read reviews and the reviews on this place were good. Hence why I booked it.

  - The lawn is maintained on a regular two-week schedule and was last mowed on the day of your departure.
  - Once we were notified about the pool condition, our technician arrived first thing the following morning to rebalance the water, ensuring it was safe to enjoy later that day.
  - The skimmer is functioning properly; however, heavy rain can affect water clarity temporarily.
  - The issue near the pool entrance was promptly addressed to ensure guest safety.

  Enjoyed our stay.House was clean and plenty of towels for the pool.Kitchen supplies, specifically glasses, could’ve been a bit better.And I’d recommend a new coffee pot- took over an hour to brew a pot.Overall was a nice stay.
