  I highly recommend Siesta Key Oasis. The accommodations and location were excellent. The house is within walking distance to Siesta Key center where we ate lots of seafood, drank and shopped.

  The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with our family.

  Our stay at this very clean, well equipped home was wonderful.

  I visited with friends in Fall of 2023. We are all in our late 20’s & being young men, our agenda was to accomplish four things:

  - have a nice vacation

  - run a half marathon

  - attend the Odesza concert

  - see a TB Bucs game

  For starters, the cab ride from the airport was very cheap & only took half the time I was weary of. I tend to like things organized & planned out. The transportation to and from airport was better than expected (5/5 for worry-some travelers)

  The house’s location is spot on. Im talking, 4th quarter Tom Brady in Super Bowl LI spot on.

  About a 10 minute walk to the beach / strip of bars on the island, yes, you’re on what feels like your own personal island! The grocery store is closer than the bars. It’s within walking distance (5 min walk). It’s just far enough of a walk to feel like you’ve earned a drink upon arrival.

  The house is filled with modern appliances & fully operational. Each room has its own special ambience. The only this the pool is missing is a sign saying “hakuna-matata” as you will have no worries here. Yes, the hot tub cool is as cool as it seems. Modern facilities & the personalized feel will make your stay equitable. Definitely can comfortably sleep 12, probably more if you have kids. (5/5 housing/amenities)

  I was able to run a half marathon, go to the beach, play pickle ball, bocce ball & make myself an astounding lunch all before noon. There are endless courts for tennis/pickleball/basketball just up from beach access #7 (your closest access) the sand is comfy on the feet & super clean. Definitely supports a family environment or a college town environment based on what beach access # you pick. #7 tends to favor the family / quieter side of beach. The closer to #1 is typically a little louder

  We also attended an Odesza concert that blew my mind. Met up with some FL friends & also caught a BUCS game. Talk about feeling blessed. The time of my life! Followed it up with washing away my Sunday worries in the pool.

  List of things I would recommend you try:

  - Pickleball with the locals (9am-11am window)

  - The SKOB/Beach Club/Gilligan's on SAT/FRI night (bar)

  - Utilize the free island taxi (frog hopper/it ribbits)

  - Take a late afternoon nap on beach access #7

  - if you are a runner, it’s 4.2 miles to run the beach to the hotels and back! 😄

  What a great place to stay. The ability to walk to Siesta Key Village and the beach was amazing. Anyone in our group could come and go on their own schedule - which makes coordination so much easier. The house is very comfortable and offers a lot of flexibility. The dining area is surrounded by glass and is ideal for meals and card games. The two living room areas allows everyone enough room to do as they please. We especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Warming up in the jacuzzi before golf really helped in getting loose and cool down in the pool was a big hit. All in all, a fun place to stay. It is close to everything in the village, downtown Sarasota, and the airport.

  We spent a long weekend at this beautiful home - 11 people and there was plenty of space. So relaxing and quiet yet close to the beach and the best food and live entertainment in old Siesta Key. We walked everywhere! The pool and spa area is perfect for a slow start to the day or a relaxing evening. If you need some space the balcony areas offer a retreat for a morning sunrise with coffee, afternoon nap or quiet mediation. What a wonderful place with the most attentive hosts every detail has been addressed. You will love staying here!

  Beautiful well kept home, great location close enough to walk to Village and beach but in quiet neighborhood. Nice pool and hot tub. House was well equipped with everything we needed including beach gear. Host was super responsive, checkin- check out was a breeze. We will definitely rent again!
