  This is our third stay on the property and it is wonderful. The condo is only one block from the main intersection in Siesta Key Village. It is very easy to get to the store, the restaurants, businesses, live music, etc. Yet, it is still very quiet inside the condo and outside at the pool.

  Barbie, our host, went far beyond what we expected. Half way through our ten-day stay, Barbie offered to change our linens and towels. We only expected new bath towels and linens. But Barbie put our entire condo back into check-in condition.

  She replaced every towel in the condo, including bath, beach and kitchen towels. She not only replaced the linens, but changed the bed spread. She also thoughtfully brought us an additional blanket (which we had not asked for) b/c the local temperatures were lower than normal. We didn't need it. But she made the effort to ensure our comfort.

  The pool was cleaned regularly during our stay and was always in great shape. It was our go-to location for afternoon happy hours and early morning reading.

  Getting to the beach is easy because the condo provides a wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and soft-sided cooler.

  We do not even rent a car. There is no need b/c the free trolley will take you all the way to Captain Curt's on the south end of the island, if you want to go there. Everything else, you may need, is just a one-block walk.

  We really felt relaxed at the end of our stay.

  For me, it was the best property rental ever!

  First, Location: from the time I checked in until I left, I didn’t need to drive anywhere. The beach, shopping (including grocery store), and restaurants were short walks away.

  Second, Amenities: besides the basics, there were beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas - and a wagon to pull them to the beach! The owners put a lot of thought into anything a person might need, from laundry detergent to salt & pepper, and everything in between!

  Third, Comfort: the condo was newly, beautifully renovated; the decor was tastefully beachy; the furniture was all comfortable; and the place was impeccably clean!

  Fourth, Ambiance: the pool and surrounding deck and palm trees create the perfect relaxing setting. After an early morning walk on the beach, I spent the whole day there … I couldn’t have chosen better!!

  Barbie It was a pleasure meeting you. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us. My only complaint was not enough time in siesta key. The location of Siesta Key Dream Inn was perfect. Close to the restaurants and shops, close to the beach. Thank you for having everything we could need for a beach vacation. Chairs, umbrella, the wagon! Even the cooler and ice packs shows how much thought and consideration you put into making this the best vacation. Thank you and hope to meet again.

  Perfect sized place for the 2 of us! The pool and laundry were nice to have and unit is very walkable to siesta key village's bars/shops. It's also an easy walk to the beach. Loved that beach supplies/wagon were also available. Would 10/10 recommend this place and will stay here again if we're ever back in town. Thank you!!

• So perfect!!

  We were so lucky to find this place!! It is so cute and clean and the owners had it stocked with everything you need to feel like home (from k-cups for coffee to shampoo/conditioner/soap). The pool was awesome to have for a quick dip, walking distance to the beach and village…we would 100% stay here again. We were lucky to meet the owner when leaving and she was just so sweet as well!!
