  We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spacious, very clean, and perfect for our group. The pool was wonderful, and overall the home made for a great getaway. There are a few minor repairs that could use attention, but nothing that took away from the experience.On our last night, the AC unfortunately stopped working around midnight and the house became quite warm. The local property contact was very responsive, even in the middle of the night, but wasn’t able to get service arranged until the following afternoon—which was after our checkout time. I completely understand that unexpected issues can happen, but I was hopeful to receive a partial refund for that last night given the circumstances. I’ve reached out a few times but haven’t yet heard back.Overall, it’s a lovely property with so much to offer, and I would happily stay again if the communication after checkout improves a bit

• Terrific house - but no customer support

  This house was very roomy and clean. The pool was great, the pool area is in need of pressure washing and updating, spider webs on the screen, weeds, and some of the lounge chairs are about to tear from being in the sun too long. But it served its purpose and we had a great Saturday at the pool.

  The problem came with the lack of customer support. I reached out via email to Evolve and thru VRBO message requesting a modification in the reservation one week before my check in date. They replied two hours before my check time. I also reached out a day before check in asking if they had propane in the gas grill and I never did get a reply. *there was propane tho.

  The biggest issue tho came Saturday night. Around midnight the AC broke. I reached out to the office and the customer contact via email, VRBO and text. The customer contact did text me back at like 4 am (which surprised me). She said she could get someone out there Sunday afternoon to look at it. That didn’t help me since I was checking out Sunday at 10 am. The house was 85 degrees! It was miserable. We ended up leaving the house at 6 am bcz we couldn’t take the heat. I emailed Evolve and messaged them through VRBO requesting someone speak with me about the negative impact this has on my vacation and a possible partial refund but as of today, 5:30 PM two days after my check out and my email. I have not heard back from anyone.

• Getaway with Family

  Great getaway with family who live near by. We decided to get the larger home just in case they decided to stay, the house was exactly as pictured. Pool not heated but was the perfect temp in hot days. Checkin & out was amazing. No complaints, Definitely would stay again!!
