  The location was great and convenient to the beach, restaurants. The house has potential but needs major improvements. There is a MAJOR ant problem. TV in bedroom doesn't have remote. The shared patio in the back is an issue. The neighbor that stayed in the other unit was kind of rude. He was very territorial over his side of the patio. There needs to be a better barrier or something to divide and give privacy to both tenants. Every time we turned the air on in the house because it would get warm somehow the thermostat would set back to 83. That was uncomfortable. It took us forever to get the other two TVs working in the house because the wifi or something wasn't set up beforehand. I only gave three stars because the location was so convenient and the house has potential but needs major attention. We couldn't even use the outside shower to rinse sand off. Only the other tenant was allowed to use it. Also odd. Communication was very poor when we reached out about the wifi, TVs and ant problem. Nothing was ever done about the ants while we stayed there. I saw ants on the bed, couch, kitchen counters, our cereal box, in the bathroom... basically everywhere. It was unacceptable. Two of the dinning room chairs broke just while sitting there. The couch was pretty stained and the master bedroom bed smelled bad. I ended up washing all the bedding and could still smell something. Maybe it's the mattress or pillows. I hope this review helps makes improvements for future occupants.
