4/5 We stayed here a year ago and really enjoyed it. We came back and had a good experience but noticed that it wasn’t as clean or kept up. The place needs a deep cleaning. Dirt and things under beds, couches, kitchen cabinets and room doors are dirty, master bedroom toilet doesn’t shut off completely, kitchen sink faucet has a micro leak that sprays everywhere. The WiFi didn’t work and it took two days for property manager to respond. One of the fobs to enter pool and beach didn’t work. Property manager never responded on request. With the amount the property manager is charging and the lack of serve provided, if I was the owner, I find someone new and better.

5/5 The kitchen was well stocked and easy to keep.We had a small problem with a cupboard door which we noted on our arrival. Our property manager was alerted to this. However, it was not repaired before our departure. Only a small point, really.We have been coming to Excelsior for 20 years. We love it!

5/5 It is a beautiful condo to rent we stayed in there for 2 weeks this year and 2 weeks in 2024 the complex is lovely. the pools and surrounding complex is very well maintained, the maintenance guys are very friendly and chatty which was nice. we would definitely come back again. we have been coming to Siesta key for the last 25 years and this is by far the nicest resort.
5/5 Tolles Apartment. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Handtücher, Bettwäsche… alles da. Auch eine kleine Erstausstattung, wie Shampoo, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier. Sogar ein netter Willkommensgruss. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, nicht lieblos. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Informationen vorab zum Check-In Prozess und Details wie WLAN oder Parkplatz waren sehr gut und kamen eine gute Zeit vorab plus nochmal als Erinnerung kurz vor Anreise. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zum Strand einfach über die Strasse, durch den dortigen Teil der Anlage gehen und man kommt durch ein Tor zum Strand (Toröffner liegt in der Wohnung bereit). Liegestühle für den Strand stehen auch dort zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort.

5/5 We had a wonderful stay at this complex. I just wish we had been told that it was in block three as all the blocks have the same numbers for the condos. Big comfortable well equipped we are going to book again. we rate this as a 91/2 out of 10 and we have been coming to siesta key for the past 20+ years.
