    The home was moderately clean. The master shower has bugs in the corner. The hottest shower I had was luke warm at best. No trash can in the master bath.

    - We have changed the setting on the hot water heater, and we have plenty of hot water.
    - We have ensured that there are trash cans in all of the bathrooms and bedrooms.
    - The property is treated for pests, and we do not have any pests that we are aware of.
