    Appliances and beds were in great shape. However, the floor in the main house was buckling and needs to be replaced. The shower inthe main suite was not used it was hard to function. There was an infestation of ants, and we cleared up the ants with traps and spray.There were no chairs for the pool , except one. It looked to be a fixer upper in progress.
