Worst cleaniness ever dealt with
1/5 Very disappointed, dirty dishes were left in the dish washer. Hair on the sheets of the bed, and the stand up shower had urine stains and hairInside the shower.

Hi Kayla, we want our guests to arrive at a home that is 100% ready for their stay, and we’re sorry that wasn’t the case during your visit. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We contacted the cleaning team right away, and the cleaner involved has been coached to help prevent issues like this in the future. That said, arriving two hours before check-in may have contributed to the home not being fully prepared.
- The dishwasher just needed a quick reset, which explains why the dishes didn’t run properly. That’s been taken care of, and it’s working well now.

5/5 Super easy to book and check in/out. Great neighborhood. Blue Angels flyover during our stay was a bonus!!! Clean house. Clean pool. Amenities were great. Plenty of room. All in all a great place to stay.
