5/5 We had such a good time. The kids loved the toys and the adults loved everything provided. We just needed to bring the clothes! This condo was fully stocked! We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and our dog. Liz is was awesome as well. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for Families.
5/5 We had a wonderful week at Beach Colony 15D. The condo is spacious, and full of amenities. We loved the seating on the balcony. Great times out there enjoying morning coffee, before heading to the beach.
Liz is a wonderful host. She makes herself available for any questions.

Best Beach Vacation!
5/5 We had an amazing stay and are planning to be back next year! The unit was stocked amazingly well with everything we needed. I had read that in other reviews as well but was still blown away. So much care and love has gone into setting it up. When we had a very minor issue (couldn't figure out how to turn on the TV) Liz got back to us immediately and helped us out! I could tell from our conversation that she is the type of person that will go out of her way to help in any way needed.The location is perfect as well. Close to everything needed (restaurants, shopping, groceries) which I really appreciated. The balcony was my favorite part. Large with plenty of seating and stunning views of the Gulf. The balconies on the other side of the unit were also great for taking in the sunset. Overall I really cannot say enough positive things about this condo. I've stayed at several different rental properties over the years and this by far was my favorite.
