Family Resort Condo w/ 2 Pools: 1 Mi to Disney!

  Do not stay here!The owner forgot to authorize our stay with the front desk so we were not able to check in until I called her. Had to wait for her return call which thankfully was within five minutes. Especially annoying as I had contacted her for early check-in (3pm instead of 4pm) a few days earlier. Her lack of response then was an indicator of what was to come At some point there were clearly issues - the condo did have a fresh coat of paint. However, there were *numerous* maintenance, furnishing and cleanliness issues. When I reached out owner acted as if all were new to her - but I later found reviews on other platforms that called out same things. A closet door was hanging by a thread (off track) and missing a handle. Both screen doors were fully torn. Sheets and pillows were dirty. Soap scum in tub. Sink only drained when stopper removed. Gritty floors. Open food in kitchen cabinets - an invitation to bugs in Florida. I could go on (and on). No hand towels or washcloths. Condo sleeps six and has coffee maker for 2 cups.Owner offered minimal partial refund. Still working to get full refund. With all the choices in the area strongly suggest you stay somewhere else.

  My family and I stayed here for a week. We have mixed reviews on this property. The good were how near the Disney parks were, there are many shops nearby and easy access. The bad were that it was not as clean as it should be, there weren't enough towels for everyone (especially when it's advertised for 8 people) and the parking was limited.

  Stayed and enjoyed relaxing in the pools between visits with family and going to theme parks. Great location all around!

  We loved our visit to the condo and Blue Heron Resort! The condo was updated with great finishes and furnishings. We loved the 2 balconies! There was plenty of space for our family of four. The resort was perfect for what we needed. The grounds were nice and the pools were plenty big for the property. Loved the Tiki Bar!
