  This backyard was great for our dogs. The road out front was very busy so having a place for them to play was huge. The owner checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly which was a huge bonus

  Loved this home! So close to the beach and grocery stores. The yard was great for our dog, too. Furnishings were excellent, a nice big sectional to lounge on at. night was good to have. Definitely a step up from a lot of STR properties that have sparse, flimsy Furnishings. Kitchen fully stocked and supplied. Ive stayed in this area for the past 5 years at least 2x a year and this was one of the best. Will be back!

  We had a wonderful stay, the house was clean and had everything we needed to stay for the week. The host was super nice and easy to communicate with. Made our trip that much more enjoyable to be able to come home and relax without a worry. Would definitely recommend staying here, you will love it, just as we did!

• Amazing Find

  Definitely enjoyed staying at this rental! It was so spacious and was a comfortable stay for myself, three family members, and three dogs. The fenced-in backyard was HUGE. The only negative aspects of the rental/stay included: 1) unexpected tree-trimming of the neighboring lot, occurring right next to my car parked in the driveway, 2) every single household essential provided was completely empty (coffee container, laundry detergent, laundry beads, etc), 3) there were at least 3 areas where the fence boards must’ve cracked or fallen, leaving openings in the fence for the dogs to escape if not paying close attention (there were just new boards propped over the damaged areas that would fall over with any gust of wind), 4) the backyard was very overgrown and not well maintained, and 5) every single mattress was so uncomfortable that two of my family members ended up sleeping on the couch which was deemed more comfortable than the bedroom mattresses. Aside from the few negative findings, the rental will definitely be saved for future vacationing in the area.

• CURRENT SITUATION: PERFECT!!

  This was our 2nd year in a row to rent this home. We loved it that much! Plenty of room. Clean. Huge back yard and plenty of parking space. Navarre Beach is our destination for summer vacation for the last 16 years. Our two dogs love the back yard. Neighborhood is very quiet. We are only minutes (less than 10) within some really good eating places. The house is just situated in the perfect spot for accessing all that the area has to offer. The owner reaches out and asks if we need anything or have any issues. Very nice person to converse with. It's an absolute dream of a place for us.
