Comfortable and Convenient
5/5 This is a renovated home with nice touches throughout. It is a mile to Vanderbilt beach and the Delnor-Wiggins State Park.
The owner was quick to respond via email but we really didn't have much need to be in contact.
The pool /basketball area is the entire back yard. It is smaller than the pictures make it look but it was adequate for our family with small children.
There are beach chairs and beach umbrellas, a few sand toys, beach towels and a small cooler available for trips to the beach. There is a screened in porch and an outside access to the main bathroom from that porch.
There are at least 4 maybe 5 bikes in the garage for you to use that are very nice.
The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware. There is a large refrigerator with water pitcher/dispenser along with a freezer area. Everything you need to cook a meal is provided. The large kitchen island is the place to eat and one large sectional provided for the living room area.
The TV has no cable service, it is only streaming apps so you would need to log in with your account if you want to watch anything.
It is also in a convenient neighboorhood location, close to stores. We would definitely consider renting it again.
