Beautiful pool home near beach
5/5 This property was gorgeous, it accommodated all our needs. The manager responded to all our requests. We have stayed in many rental properties this by far was the best one. We enjoyed our mini vacation.

Great location, new home, beautiful pool
4/5 Overall, a great place. Highly recommend.
We stayed for 5 nights with 4 adults and 2 kids under 5.
I would give 5 stars if I didn't have to go to the store to buy a pack-n-play crib and a high chair. The website description says this home is suitable for children. Not true if you have a very small child.
The location is great. Less than 20min walk to the beach and a playground for kids. Easy in/out. There was a breakfast place just south of Naples Park that had the best almond croissants and a gelato place - best in Naples.
Good communication by the property manager although their tone at times wasn't polite. That said, they were responsive whenever we texted, even texting late to turn on the hot tub. Any repairs or issues were addressed quickly.
House was new and furnished well. Nice TVs, comfy couch, chairs and beds. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. Kitchen was well stocked. New appliances. Good water from fridge. BBQ was new and worked well. Garage was clean with a bunch of beach stuff. Pool had floaties and other fun things.
Pool and hot tub were incredible. It's new and uses salt water so retains heat better and healthier. Backyard felt private during our stay. No noisy or nosey neighbors.
