3/5 Problems started with the secure entry code not working. Teo tried to contact the person who programs the codes, but it was never fixed. So we were worried about security the whole stay. Next we discovered that there are no curtains and the blinds are woefully broken, rendering them essentially useless for privacy purposes. There was no explanation for how to use the laundry. But we eventually figured it out, but not without unnecessary stress. We expected a dishwasher but there was none. On the upside, once we found the pools and hot tub and Tiki bar we were pleased with all of them.

- We sincerely apologize for the issue with the entry code. We understand how concerning that must have felt and are currently looking into how the codes are programmed to ensure this does not happen again.
- We agree that privacy is important, and we are having the blinds replaced immediately.
- Our home does not have a dishwasher, and it is not advertised as an included amenity in the listing.
