    Great property. Great location. Must be best view on the property! Quick walk to beach! Early morning walk are a must! Close to restaurants! And groceries! Internet is a little spotty…but workable.Parking is very safe and accessible, Registration fee of $100/car seems a little steep! Very quiet.

    Overall great experience! Very responsive owner!

    The location is excellent. The condo is equipped with basic necessities plus beach gear. This condo may need updating, but everything is functional. It is well worth the price, especially when comparing to other rentals in the area.

    Beautiful ocean views from the 15th floor. The living area and kitchen are very adequate. People in this building are quite friendly. The bathrooms and carpet are a bit dated and the carpet needed to be cleaned. They have a gym, but it was closed because they ran out of cleaning material during the coronavirus pandemic.

    Randall, thanks for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "Thanks for informing me that the carpet was dirty. And I am glad you enjoy the view from the 15th floor of a front unit. It is considered one of the best views of the entire complex. You will be happy to hear that I had hired on 3/24/20 a professional carpet cleaning company to clean and apply a protective coating to all carpet on March 24th, 2020 the first chance I had after your stay. From the pictures of before and after sent by the carpet company I am glad to report there is no more stain on the carpet as the cleaning company assured me and they have put additional coating to try to protect the carpet and to make it easier to clean in the future. I always hire a professional cleaning company to clean the carpet as soon as I have learned that guests have dirtied the carpet. I am sorry to hear that the condo closed the gym during your stay. However, I am happy the condo is doing what it can to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Sincerely, Bruce" Best, the Evolve Team

    we have stayed at tower 4 on other occasions while visiting Marco Island. the pictures on line showed a very spacious unit but when we arrived we saw the unit was filled with wall to ceiling mirrors. this is a cheap trick to make the unit look bigger. the best thing about this unit is the view. the wrap around balcony offers both beach and sunset views. from the 15th floor the views are spectacular. now the bad . the bedrooms both have carpeting which were filthy dirty. the kitchen was tiny and ill equipped. all the drawers were dirty and the unit lacked the basics. broiler pan had only 1 piece and could not be used. the can opener didn't work. no garbage can liners, no dish soap. most units we have rented have had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. the chairs in this unit looked like stuff people left behind and didn't even work. this unit needs a serious update from paint to furniture to flooring. the view was as advertised, the rest of the unit was a big disappointment!!!

    Michael, thank you for your review. The homeowner has asked us to pass along the following message:

    "I am very sorry you were disappointed. I do have a policy to come to check the unit at least at the end of each high season. I do normally hire a professional carpet cleaning company to clean the carpet. As for the mirrors on the wall, it was the previous owner installed them about 20 years ago. I believe it was a fashionable thing to do then and the intention of the mirrors on the walls is to allow you to have a paramedic view of the Gulf and beach wherever you are in the living room/dining area. This front unit is the largest unit in the complex with the largest living/dining area and the longest wrap around balcony. I will double-check the kitchen supplies as soon as I have a chance. I am surprised to hear the can opener did not work as I have used it myself 3 months ago every day and it was working. I normally replace it as soon as I have learned about it. I have asked my cleaning lady in the future to leave one garbage liner in the garbage can and the 2nd one under the sink. I do keep some new beach chairs and umbrella in the owner's closet down the hallway just in case. I would have replaced them with the new ones from the owners' closet for you. And I will also ask the cleaning lady to double-check all the drawers and clean them if they are dirty. Again, I sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences you felt. I do wish you had informed me when you were still in the unit so I could correct some of them right away for you, which is always my policy. I do appreciate your letting me know as my guests are my eyes and ears and I always try to do my best and respond quickly to help my guests to enjoy their stay in the unit."
