We had a few issues, code to door didn’t work, fan in bathroom wasn’t very function, but management was quickly responsive. Excellent location, good for someone who wants to be able to walk to the beach. Does sleep 5, but that 5th should be a small child due to bed.

Evolve gave us 1 code for the door. The new management company FMV gave us another. We couldn’t get in. I had to call the new company to gain access.
As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with the worst musty, mold smell EVER. I figured we just needed to air it out. We unloaded our stuff. Opened windows.
Turned in the tv no internet and no local cable. Called Aaron (from FMV) told him our issues. Let him know I have asthma and needed to be moved. I told him I couldn’t stay there as I already was having breathing issues due to the mold. He said because I rented through evelve there was nothing he could do and it was out of his hands. I asked him to make it right.
After walking on the floor we all had black feet. The floors probably haven’t been cleaned in months.
I called Aaron probably 6 times Wednesday evening. I told him I want a call back from his boss as this was unacceptable. They had other units to be available. He advised again because we didn’t rent through them, they couldn’t move us.
Thanksgiving day Aaron did call me. I told him all my symptoms from the mold. I told him again my asthma is flaring up. I let him know I had a migraine all night due to the smell.
We went and bought a mop and I had to wash the floor 3 times. The water was still dirty after 3 water changes. Disgusting!
Friday - I let he finally offered to move us to a back unit. It only had a bed and a very small futon- no shower curtain.
He never responded to texts. I want a refund!

Loved our stay and will stay again!
This clean and cute little 1 bedroom apartment was the perfect mother's day beach getaway for my mom, sister, and myself. Our stay was Friday through Sunday and my mom said no less than 100 times how glad she was that we chose that spot.
Caddy's was a short walk away for dinner the first night, and we caught an uber to St Johns Pass the second night for about $10. On Saturday we cooked breakfast and the little oven and stove worked well. Then we made strawberry daiquiris to bring out to the beach! (brought our own blender) A wagon was great to easily tote all our beach gear back and forth - the crosswalk right down the street leads directly to beach access. Btw - there's a parrot that chills outside a few doors down that said "Hello" and "Goodbye" to us each time we passed it!
The beach towels provided were handy, and there was plenty of clean bedding to make a crash pad on the couch. The shower is tiny but good enough for rinsing off your salty, sunscreeny skin. TV was simple to use with all the major streaming services easily accessible. Debbie the owner made sure I knew how to contact her if needed, but we didn't need a thing as it was all thought out and communicated ahead of time :) I would gladly stay here again! Thank you Debbie!
