3/5 Wonderful location, close to everything. Numerous areas of house had dirt, dust bunnies, etc. Hot tub was cloudy. Pool had low flow alarm going off, was not heated despite paying extra for it. Was nice that pool was covered. Had some pool toys for kids.

- Our cleaning team was contacted right away and offered to come address your concerns, but we understand you chose to handle the vacuuming yourself.
- The hot tub is professionally serviced and refilled between guests; it may become cloudy if sunscreen or other products are introduced during use
- We understand there was a concern with the pool heat and alarm; when maintenance checked, the temperature was reading 88 degrees, and it seems the alarm was resolved during your stay.

Had a problem with the pool turning slightly green from all the rain, she had someone within an hour. Took a water sample down to have it tested , fixed it !!! Was great.

Had a blast!
5/5 This was such a great vacation rental. There was plenty of sleeping arrangements for our family of 7. So many extras were provided to minimize packing. The best part was the pool and hot tub! The kids had an absolute blast!!! Also very close to everything. Would highly recommend.
