4/5 Overall, our stay was great! We appreciate how spacious the home was, its location relative to the airport and theme parks, and owner Gwen's responsiveness. There were a few things that could use improvement, however. First, the booklet with information about the property was missing and unable to be found for the entirety of our stay. As a result, we had to reach out to Gwen for small things, like the internet login and checkout instructions, which we would otherwise not have had to. Second, there was only one roll of toilet paper provided for each bathroom, which ran out quickly considering the length of time and number of people staying at the property. Finally, because the property is owned by Gwen but managed by a secondary group, some arrangements, like adding heating to the pool for the week, got lost in communication and had to be reworked while on the property, which was stressful and time-consuming. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and thank Gwen for all of her support/assistance and for the lovely stay.

The large dining room table was a hit with our group. The projector for the theater did not work, and we were not provided with full rolls of toilet paper, so those things should be improved. I would definitely book this property again.

5/5 4/5 Check in process is a breeze and property manager had great communication. A couple of things in the property did not work like ahower heads and movie projector. No roaches but a couple of lil bugs
