4/5 The heated pool and hot tub were cold when we got there, and wasn’t really any hotter than a warm bath by time we left, which was fine for the pool, but not for a hot tub that we would have loved to relax in after walking around the theme parks for 11 hours. Other than that, the house was comfortable.

The decision to add spa heat was made upon arrival, but unfortunately, the system experienced a malfunction at that time. While we were able to get it repaired the following day, we understand your stay was short, and we’re sorry you weren’t able to fully enjoy it. Thank you for letting us know about your visit."4/5 Very clean and welcoming upon arrival. Amenities were great. I did take a star off because I could not get a hold of the owners at all and they did not communicate with me at all during the duration of the stay. And the property management company gave me the run around. Also, we did see two large roaches in the kitchen and hundreds of ants in the master bedroom but it is Florida! Overall very pleasant experience and the house is vary spacious.

5/5 The house was perfect for us for our girls trip. We loved how close it was to the parks and restaurants.The pool and hot tub weren’t warm enough for us, but I contacted the owner/manager and they upped the temperature for us. They were very quick at answering me when I reached out to them. They reached out to us before our visit with a welcome email, and reminded us of important information. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, all the facilities in the home were readily available. It was a pleasure to stay there and I will definitely be returning! Judy S.
