Comfortable, Clean, and Roomy
5/5 Home was very comfortable. Living room furniture was comfortable with a nice TV. We only used master bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very nice. Kitchen was well supplied. Pool was fantastic. Very happy with our choice and would use again. We actually locked ourselves out of the house one day while sitting by the pool. The bar used to secure the sliding door fell into the slot and we could not get back in since keys to house were inside. Luckily, we had one phone outside and called our daughter, who called Evolve and they called me back. I did not want to use my battery up in case I was on hold a long time. They called me right away with owners phone number, who called the cleaning woman. She came over within 15 minutes and let us in. Very pleased with Evolve, the owner, and the housekeepers response time. Thank you.

An excellent location
4/5 The location allowed us to enjoy kayaking and bicycling in the area. it is a well appointed house with everything in tip-top shape. The small pool was fun to relax in after a day of cycling. Easy access to groceries and dining. The best we found is Cajun Jimmy's Seafood Seller and Cafe. excellent preparations!Quiet neighborhood and we did get to meet a couple of neighbors. There was sufficient room in the garage to hold our Yakama trailer with kayaks: important as one was a cedar strip kayak that I built.All in all we had a nice stay.
