Birthday Weekend
5/5 Me and my family enjoyed this home. We was celebrating my daughter’s 4th birthday. Only problem was the pool is dirty and needs to cleaned so we couldn’t enjoy that. One room doesn’t have a remote but the other two remotes will operate that tv. The home was spacious and clean. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Very close to everything you need. Thanks again.

1/5 We had originally booked to stay through until Sunday morning but we decided one night was enough. The splash pad in the community is closed down, I understand that’s out of your control but the pool at the house was so disgusting that we couldn’t get in that either, which is within your control. The pool cage is infested with spiders and webs and the pool itself is green. The house, at first look, was put together. Upon us settling in we found the house to be dirty and just not up to cleanliness standards for a “vacation home”. The floors were filthy. My son walked around for not even 5 minutes with no shoes and his feet were black. My daughter was crawling around and bringing us the trash she found throughout the house. It was disgusting. We were extremely disappointed in our stay and chose to leave early due to the lack of cleanliness throughout the house and back patio and then add to that half the tvs either don’t work or the remotes are missing buttons so they can’t even be used.

4/5 3/5 3/5 Not sure when the house was last occupied before us. Trash outside was overflowing the can with bags filled with maggots and trash on the ground. Floors inside house and in pool area could have been cleaner. Trash on ground around pool area and under couches and bathroom area rugs. Pool not available for our use because the heater was broken. Couldn’t find the remote for LR tv. Washer not available for clothing use. Lots of little things overlooked in the cleaning process and other details . Made the “team” aware through text and sent photos for their information.
