4/5 Overall a great experience
5/5 This property was actually as pictured. The host was easily able to get in contact with. Helping us when we couldn't figure out how to change the thermostat. We had the whole house and my family loved it. Close to restaurants, stores, and activities.
2/5 No access to the water from the dock because the ladder is covered in barnacles that I got cut up on, there is a warning about barnacles however it doesnt say where they are. So we couldnt use the bay water because we hanmd no way to climb out of the water. The top floor of the deck was extremely rickety and had dry rot. The king size suite had a lot of termites in it. And termites littered the patio. I paid 4300 for no water. The hot tub was just nasty and unchlorinated. Don't waste your money.I will say Destin and Ft Walton beach were very nice and we did enjoy the proximity.
