Very nice house with unique layout
5/5 We three cousins spent two weeks in very clean house right along the Withlacoochee river. The living room was spacious and had comfortable seating; one loveseat, one recliner, and a sofa with recliners at either end. Screened porch overlooking the river. The dock was in good repair and had one kayak and a SUP.
Bedroom one, with a king bed, was comfortable and generously sized. Bedroom two, on the main floor, was much smaller and lacked adequate lighting, but the bed was comfortable. Downstairs, the master bedroom was extremely nice and also had a walk-in closet and access to the laundry room. Also downstairs, bedroom four wasn't used as there were only three of us. This bedroom was deemed least desirable due to the low ceiling height in the bedroom and the extremely low ceiling in the attached half bath. At 5' 11", my head hit the ceiling when I stood up. Someone shorter probably wouldn't mind that.
Our property rep, Hendrik, responded quickly when we experienced an HVAC issue and communicated appropriately.
We enjoyed our time here and would be happy to stay again.
5/5 This house was very charming! Great views of the river. The whole home was very warm and welcoming. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were very comfortable and the house spotless. We had a great time exploring the area with plenty of good food. Great area outside to sit at the firepit in the evening. Will definitely stay here again!!!

5/5 We had an incredible stay with our family! The house was equipped with all of the essentials and was more than cozy. The views of the river were available at every turn in the house and our souls were fed with lots of nature and relaxation. I would recommend this place to everyone and hope we find ourselves here again, some day.

5/5 Had an excellent time the house was wonderful. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen which was piratically nice . Too often the kitchen is barley equipped. Loved being able to paddle the river and pull up to the house.
