  The house was bare bones for kitchen equipment. It is not possible to cook a meal there with any type of ease. The area where the house is, while convenient to many attractions, is a hub for the homeless and transient type. On two occasions in our 4 night stay we had someone knock on the front door looking for food/money and also just helping themselves to the front patio despite being told the leave. This house is not kid/family suitable. The daybeds are just futons, which have subpar mattress pads. So don’t count them as actual beds like we unfortunately did. The actual beds themselves were ok, outside of two of the rooms the bedding was dirty. I rated 3/5 because of the price and proximity to the venue we were frequenting. Otherwise it’s a 2/5.

  - We’re truly sorry to hear about your concerns with the linens and comfort. Our home is professionally cleaned after every stay, and bedding inspection is a required part of our process. We personally completed a pre-arrival inspection and found everything in order, but if we had been notified during your visit, we would have addressed any issues immediately, as we live just 10 minutes away and are always available to help.
  
  - Regarding the kitchen setup, we aim to provide sufficient cookware for meal preparation. After your stay, we reviewed the inventory and did replace a missing frying pan with two new ones to ensure future guests have what they need. We wish we had known during your stay so we could have resolved this right away.
  
  - The sleeping arrangements, including futons and the sleeper sofa, are outlined in the listing description so guests can plan accordingly. We understand that comfort preferences vary and are sorry if the setup did not meet your expectations.
  
  - As for the neighborhood, while we’re located near many popular attractions and venues, we understand that experiences outside the property can impact a stay. The home does feature a gated front porch and fenced backyard for added privacy and security, and we regret any discomfort you felt during your visit.
  
  While we regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, we remain committed to maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional hospitality.   We didnt even stay their we walked in amelt like mold found dirty atuff in counch along with big as vap spider in one of the beds it was real bad

  - Confirmed by you, we did not observe any mold or spider during our walkthrough, but we did find and remove a vape device and some debris in the sofa bed.

  We had to book this in an emergency for the Daytona 500 (previous plans fell through). Property was exactly as described and located near the track. The best part was the communication with the hosts. They were very responsive and made sure we had the best experience possible in their unit. I would book from them again in a second.
