Nice home in a gated community
4/5 House was nice, In a nice area. The communication was great with the host and while there did answer when I emailed or text them with a few issues. The pool heat we paid for and I can say it was definitely worth the money. The water was nice and warm.
The major complaint would be the nats or what looked like fruit flies that were always throughout the kitchen. The plates in the cabinate seemed to be put away wet alot and there was mildew on the bottomnof the plates but we bleached evwrthing in the cabinet to try and fix it. It cleaned them for the most part. But dont let that steer you away. This place was in a great location. The community was quiet but the cars from the back of the house on the main road were loud feom about 330a on. Other than that this was a nice place!!!!
Forgot to mention... one highlight was the game room. These people DIDNT skimp here. They had stuff to keep everyone busy!

Great getaway from a cold Canadian winter!
5/5 This property provided all the things we needed for a great stay. Close to all amenities and was the perfect distance from the football fields our kids played at in Haines City.
The house was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and games room. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Davenport/Haines City area.
