4/5 House was nice, very clean upon arrival, kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils, beds were comfortable and plenty of pool towels provided. The living room areas lacked lighting though. There was one table lamp in one living room that was just sitting on the floor, and the other living room had no lighting except from the dining room. Neither one had any coffee or end tables, which was odd because there was no place to put anything, when sitting in those rooms. Carpet on stairs and living room desperately need cleaning. That being said, I don’t think it’s a bad house, I just want to point it out to the owners for the next person’s stay. Property manager was very prompt and polite when we had contacted her with questions. Would recommend this house.

5/5 We had a wonderful trip. The house was exactly like the listing. Catherine was very responsive and great with communication. Quiet neighborhood and lovely stay.
