2/5 The ocean was visable if you walked to the stairs, pool hard debris floating in it. We had a parking issue with a 3rd vehicle, it would had been nice if they offered to purchase another pass. Why should a 3rd vehicle have to pay 20-40. a day to park in a public parking and walk back and forth. That's crazy! There was so much spare parking during our stay. Like I say they should offer additional parking passes when there are multiple family members joining. We would have paid for a 3rd pass. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT CHEAPER THEN A 300. TOW WE INCURRED.

5/5 The condo was very clean and very comfortable. It was stocked with Keurig coffees, teas and sugars. The ice-maker worked wonderfully. The location is great and VERY close to the beach. Beautiful view from front door overlooking water. This is our 4th time staying at this complex and our first in this unit. It is an older building but unit is updated and decorated very nice! We walked to the beach EVERY DAY and never moved our car. You can walk everywhere which is why we enjoy this area.
