Extremely disappointed
2/5 I have to say, this is my first negative review. The house looked beautiful in the photos. We were a group of 7 and used all the bedrooms. I’m going to start with upstairs:
Large bdrm with 8’ wide bed has a huge dip that runs the width of the bed. You wake up stuck in it and aching all over. Totally unacceptable. No dresser. Just closet with shelves.
Canopy bedroom: bed is extremely lumpy and feels like a blow up. Bathroom in hall had red sludge come out the shower.
Downstairs:
Tiny bdrm with trundle. No closet or dresser. Where does one put there clothes?
Kitchen: knives rusted. 1 skillet for cooking. Large cast iron skillet, rusted.
It was very difficult to cook for a large group with 1 skillet.
Outdoors: bbq does not work properly. Left side almost no flame and right side uneven. Lid is wobbly.
Not enough bath towels.
Game room was fine.
We have rented many VRBO’s. This house by far is the most lacking. Not worth the money. It needs some love and attention. Looks like it is for sale. Maybe that is the reason it is not being cared for. So disappointing.
On a good note. Grocery store/drug store and a few restaurants in walking distance.
4/5 The host was very helpful,the house and pool was awesome!there where only 2 things that I would've liked different.the shower water didn't get the hottest and the air conditioner the lowest we could get it was 72 degrees but other wise I would definitely consider coming back!!!

Beautiful Home
4/5 Was a beautiful area and the house was very nice. One problem we had was the downstairs air conditioning was not working properly which made sleeping very difficult. Also would suggest a few more pots and pans.

5/5 We loved our stay in Cape Coral! This property was spotless upon arrival, and offered ample entertainment for our whole group. We enjoyed the convenient location to downtown and Fort Myers Beach. Communication with our Guest Contact was easy and they were very timely and responsive. Will absolutely we booking this rental in the future! Thank you!
