  The owners dad lives right by the house. we got yelled at twice about just moving a chair to the dock to fish. never stated we could not do that, owners came multiple times without any warning or communcation to shut down the pool and hot tub during our stay which wasnt told to us until we got to the home and read it on their book.. wasnt in our listing when we purchased. we woke up and the grill cover was put back on our grill by the owners dad. no propane, dad came and left propane on the entire time until we went to grill. pool was dirty on the bottom, full of the brown worms. floaties were disgusting- no life jackets, hot tub was a straight white foam when jets were on. full of soap almost? i told him our concerns and he responded with " we were his last renters, he sold the place"

  Haus und Lage waren sehr schön, auch der Pool.

  Was uns sehr gestört hat, waren die vielen Hinweisschilder, die überall aufgehängt waren. Wir kommen seit über 30 Jahren jährlich mindestens einmal nach Cape Coral, und haben einen sehr guten Überblick über die Vermietobjekte in der Region. Wir waren fünf Personen und auf der Terrasse waren lediglich zwei durchgelegene Liegestühle, sowie zwei uralte Sessel. Die Gartenmöbel sind bestimmt 30 Jahre alt und müssten dringend ersetzt werden. Es war so gut wie keine Küchenausstattung da. Wir haben selbst Gläser gekauft, da die vorhandenen Weingläser aus Plastik waren. Auch das Geschirr war sehr spartanisch.

  Übrigens war der Vermieter mega unfreundlich.

  Home was immaculate and owners were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Pool and hot tub were clean and ready to use.Plenty of room for my family of 4, plus my mother in law. Not sure what the one negative post was referring to regarding “barking dogs” but we didn’t t hear any. We were in town for a baseball tournament in Fort Meyers. For anyone looking for this reason, all the fields were no more than 25 minutes away (even with traffic)

  This place was an insanely good value. The pool was great, the kitchen was excellent and had a lot of appliances. Also a great place if you have young children. We used the available pack and play and high chair for my one and a half year old son. It was amazing to lounge by the pool while he napped. A previous review mentioned some barking dogs, but we didn’t have any issues with that. What I will say is to check all of the doors and windows. We found one door and three windows unlocked upon arrival, including the window in the room where my son was to sleep. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place.
