  This was the perfect house for our family vacation! The house had plenty of room and was clean. The pool was perfect! It was clean and heated to a warm temperature plus there were water toys. My kids loved it!! It's right by the canal which gave it a "by the water" feel. Everything worked, kitchen was stocked with essentials, and clean linens and towels. Cute house close to everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here.

  We have had troubles with the entry electronic door lock . During all the second week of our stay it was impossible to lock the entry door when leaving the house ! We sent several Email and text messages to the house manager , never any answer from them . We had to carry with us all our valuables every time we left the house .The 2 neighbors on the other side of the canal were very noisy , even at 7pm … One was remodeling his house with very noisy equipment , the other one was cleaning his 4 boats with pressure water in the evening , he is renting boats….The house by itself is pleasant , but we had too many troubles to give a good appreciation . The owner did not respond to our complain , they do not care of tenant .

  From the owner: We apologize for the communication. We were also having trouble getting in contact with the Guest Contact. We are working on alternative options so that this can be prevented in the future.
  
  We have had issues with the lock ourselves we have decided it is best to replace the lock.
  
  Due to the issues you had, we've decided to also replace the full-service guest contact/cleaner. We have never had any issues with noisy neighbors, but we will check into this.
  
  We are confident that this will restore the positive experiences of our guests.

  It was a beautiful home and the pool is large and clean. They provided tons of beach towels! I washed them and put them back in the baskets, I was so appreciative to have them. The management company is very nice and responsive. I've stayed in 4 VRBOs in Florida and this is my favorite house.

  The location and house were very nice and provided a peaceful setting to spend time with family. However, I was unable to reach the owners or property managers by email or phone during our stay. When we arrived, the mailbox was down, and the house was not stocked with paper towels or extra toiletries. In addition, the guest bedroom’s ceiling fan lights did not work, and the fan itself was vibrating and overheating without moving. I attempted to reach out about this issue but did not receive a response. Overall, the property was comfortable and enjoyable, but communication and a few maintenance details could be improved.
