  We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is up to date and stocked with nice appliances and cook ware. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are in Cape Coral!

• Nice place with

  We stayed for a week with our adult children (ages 20-24).

  The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were several amenities with the home. We enjoyed the patio/pool area, and the grill was brand new. The area has plenty of sidewalks for a stroll and the Boat House bar/restaurant was great for sunsets (a short walk away).

• Beautiful and comfortable home

  This home met our needs perfectly. It has been beautifully decorated with modern touches. Two adult couples had the bigger bedrooms and kids shared the room with two beds. We were comfortable and relaxed while there. The pool was refreshing and no fuss. You are about a 30 minute drive to the beach.

• Great, Clean Place to Stay

  This house is stunning! Our first words were “Wow” when we opened the door. The layout is awesome with most of it being open concept (including the outdoor space) with the bedrooms still being more private. Being able to see the pool and canal/dock area from almost every room of the house (minus 1 bedroom and the laundry room) was a plus. Everything was in like new condition and the home was spotless. I know others have stayed because there are reviews but the home is so well kept it felt like we were the first ones there! The kids had fun putting on the golf green, playing in the pool, and there were also 2 bicycles and 2 kayaks with plenty of life jackets available for use as well as some basic fishing equipment and pool toys. The owner really thought of everything you could need in a vacation rental and then some! The kitchen was better stocked than any other rental we’ve ever been too (and we’ve been to quite a few.) There were enough starter supplies left to get you through until you can make it to the store which is really nice when arriving late. The neighborhood is very peaceful and feels very safe. The neighbors were very nice and would often wave or say hello. There were some basic beach supplies available: a small umbrella, beach/water shoes, a soft cooler bag, and beach towels. There were also plenty of board games to have some family fun. This house is laden with amenities and you wouldn’t even have to leave if you didn’t want! The owner even left a binder with beach suggestions (we highly recommend captiva) and other helpful info. We definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again if we were ever in the area.

  This property was clean and spacious. The property managers were quick to respond to any concerns. The location was close to anything you may need in Cape Coral. Quiet neighborhood . One negative was we were not able to use the grill as the propane tank was empty . The large door to the lanai was difficult to lock and unlock. A maintenance employee was going to mention this to the property owner. We would highly recommend a full coffee pot for the property. There is a single Keurig but we would prefer to have a pot and not use so many K-cups. Clean, newly updated, quiet . Large, comfortable bed and large smart tvs !
