  Upon arrival determined that 1 of the 2 lounge chairs by the pool was broken. Reached out to host to make them aware only to be told that they knew about it but they would not be there until the weekend with new chairs (which is after our stay). Assume this chair has been broken for awhile.

  Pool ladder has no steps, little bit of a safety concern?

  Fan/light in living room would not work, regardless of the position the switch is in. Remote lights up but no response.

  Washer/dryer are located in the garage. You will need to shower after doing any laundry due to the humidity.

  Overall the quality of the updates that have been done are very sub-par & would question if a licensed contractor completed them.

  House was nice & clean upon arrival & the gas grill was in great condition. Couch in living room is super hard.

  I did like how is was decorated modern. It was definitely close to all the little restaurants! I’m a person that the details really matter. Bring your own toilet it will hurt if you use what the provide! The master bedroom gets very warm at night there seems to be a struggle with the AC working evenly throughout the house. We would sweat getting ready and sweat sleeping. Couches in living extremely uncomfortable. Lawn company came with no knowledge flying in the backyard while we were sunbathing. The backyard is not private a good fence put up would change so much! Very very small pool.

  Hi Angel Michelle, we're glad you enjoyed the location and décor, but we're sorry that you encountered a couple of issues during your stay. After going over your feedback the homeowner would like to share the following:
  -The home has a smart thermostat that automatically adjusts the temperature based on the home occupancy. The month of June was exceptionally warm in the SW area of Florida
  -There are ceiling fans in every bedroom including the main living room to help with air circulation and added comfort
  -With regards to the landscapers, we have a company that comes out every week to maintain the area. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have instructed them to ring the doorbell to ensure no one is home or is comfortable with them being there
  -Regarding the Wifi, it is a 'smart home' and requires a constant connection to the internet, unfortunately disconnecting the Wifi creates a setback to the system
  -While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own
