  Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at this Bradenton home. The location worked extremely well for us and gave us easy access to Anna Maria Island, the beaches, Robinson Preserve, Cortez, Sarasota, and even day trips to St. Pete and Clearwater. After exploring the area for the week, we actually appreciated staying just off the island and having a quiet, comfortable place to return to at the end of the day.

  The house was clean, comfortable, and a great home base for our family. The pool and screened lanai were easily some of our favorite features. Our kids spent quite a bit of time in the pool, and we enjoyed having the option to slow down, cook dinner at the house, and relax rather than feeling like we needed to go out every evening.

  We especially appreciated all of the beach gear provided. Having beach chairs, coolers, bags, toys, and other items ready to use was incredibly convenient and made our beach days much easier. The pool accessories were also a nice touch and were definitely put to good use by our kids.

  The home worked very well for us overall. If we were making a couple of small suggestions, a little additional seating in the living room would make it easier for a family of five to comfortably relax together, and an air fryer would be a convenient addition to the otherwise well-equipped kitchen. These were minor observations and certainly didn’t take away from our experience.

  Overall, we really liked the house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our first visit to the Bradenton and Anna Maria Island area, and the trip quickly became one of our family’s favorite Florida vacations. The home’s location, pool, and thoughtful beach amenities all contributed to a great week.

  We would absolutely recommend the property and would gladly consider staying here again.

• Amazing family rental

  Had an amazing stay! I have stayed with my family at multiple rentals and this has been my favorite so far. The home was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We had everything that we needed for the kids to have a great time at the pool and at the beach. We felt like we were home. The location is amazing! We had target and Publix down the road. Beach was 5 min away(there’s a trolley near by if need be) Anna Maria island a 15 min drive for great food and ice cream. Communication with Izabella was quick and smooth.

• Great stay with the family!! Unforgettable experience

  My family and I loved staying here. The house was very spacious, clean and the decorations were beautiful. My two kids enjoyed going into the pool every day and the house provided toys/floats for the pool, it truly was perfect for the kids!!! It was also nice to take a dip in the pool later in the afternoons especially since the pool can be heated. The rooms were beautifully decorated and it was a major plus having a room with the two twin beds for the two kids. It was also extremely convenient having the beach be only five minutes away, we grabbed beach chairs and towels which the house provided and had ourselves a wonderful relaxing beach day in the sun. Later, we cooked ourselves a nice homemade meal in the beautiful kitchen and sat and enjoyed it in the relaxing quiet breeze outside. I would 100% recommend this extraordinary house to anyone. It is family friendly, provides privacy, located in a wonderful spot and has everything you need for the perfect trip! Thank you !!!

  Our stay was excellent. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and the location was perfect. My only recommendation: the air conditioning in the master bedroom wasn't working properly, and the king-size bed mattress was too soft, so it would be ideal to replace it. Everything else was excellent!
